D.Granting table permissions

1.On the left pane of the console window, double-click Tables icon in JuliaDB database

   and then, on the right pane, double-click pals table.

2.Click Permissions button, click SELECT and INSERT checkboxes for Charlie. Charlie

   has been granted SELECT and INSERT permissions, as shown next.
