Your translations are emailed, posted ( hard copy, original) or sent to you via fax ( a copy ), or published on the web ( upon your request) ^ | Certified translation of a document is extremely useful when a foreigner applies to such organizations as embassies, councils, institutions of (higher) education or courts. In this case the choice of a translator is especially rigid: only linguists with a translation profile are authorized to present translated documents to a notary public, who certifies the signature of the translator, thus confirming his authority. Practically any translation can by notarized. My translation profile is confirmed by the state diploma of higher education. Typical documents for obligatory notarization are Birth Certificates, Marriage/Dissolution Certificates, Diplomas, College Transcripts for individuals and Articles of Association, Business Contracts for companies. ^ |
