welcome to the BLENDO GALLERY I hope you enjoy your visit.

the images here were created by surfing the net and stealing any images that caught my eye. Then, I took these things, and Jammed them together, adjusting here, distorting there. In this way, I made them mine, but feel free to snatch up any images from this page that you like.

(note) the new 'box brothers' logo was also created in this manner.

my origional pen & ink (enhanced in some cases.)

Bedowin's dream this is "Bedowin's Dream". while in Saudi Arabia, I thought of water a lot. I also thought of McDonalds' big macks. after coming out of the desert, I stayed back to help load all our tanks, trucks, and stuff onto huge ships. I was assigned to an office to do logistics and coordination/dispatch. my first-sergeant had seen me sketching in my spare time and figured that artists would make good office personell. He was a gruff bulldog of a man who was not used to dissapointment from his men. I was worried at first, But I realized that the more creative I got with my paperwork, the more he seemed amused, rather than slighted by my work.(ie- a chart of the chain of command with his name in "M.A.S.H. like" letters and his higher up's names in big , friendly balloon letters, some in the shape of question marks). One day we received a small XEROX machine to use for official documents. I didn't know how I would resist the temptation to play with it. I had managed to almost ignore the thing for two days when he burst into the office, gave me an accusing look, walked over to the XEROX machine, ran off a copy of something and handed it to me. "See if you can do something with this", he barked. It was a copy of a nail and some change he had put under the lid. From that point on, it was open season on the copy machine. The original version of "Bedowin's Dream" was made with that xerox machine.
