UNHAPPINESS

It is unwise to make yourself unhappy for some lifeless things like money,
   because you are a living thing.
It is also unwise to make yourself unhappy for some living things
   because both you and the thing that makes you unhappy are living things.
   Both have the same status.
We can only be unhappy for ourselves as well as the weather.
   We can be unhappy just because we like it.
   We can be unhappy for the weather because it affects our body fluid.
But if you are unhappy because you like it, why do you be unhappy?

It is not worth to be unhappy for the past
   because the things in the past have all gone
   and it does not affect you in the present
   (otherwise they are not the things in the past).
It is also not worth to be unhappy for the future
   because the matters in the future are all unknown
   and you need not to be unhappy for these unknown matters.
We can only be unhappy for the present because we are experiencing now.
When you are unhappy for the present, it is easy to bear
   because in a very short time, you will be in the future
   and the present will become the past.

TWENTY-TWO

I am twenty-two now.
I am experiencing a whole new world which I have never seen before.
Everything that I used to think is real is unreal now.
Everyone who I used to think treats me nice is evil now.
Every girl who I used to think is cute is disgusting now.
Every friend who I used to think is trusty is lying now.
Every person who I used to think is clever is stupid now.

Nowadays people are becoming untrustable.
For the people whom you don't know, trust them 10%.
For the people whom you know, trust them 50%.
For yourself, trust 80% only.

REAL?

We are living in un unreal world.
People cannot distinguish between true and false things.
Some false things are the mixture of true and false things,
   and they regard them as true.
They don't have simple logical sense: T & F -> F
   (You are a man) & (You are a woman) -> (You are a man as well as a woman)
Therefore clear and concise interpretation of matters is necessary in the world.
