Writers which way I respect:

A.A. Milne, P.G. Wodehouse, J.K. Jerome, J M Barrie

(Do you know that Wodehouse was acquainted with Milne, Milne was acquainted with Barrie and Barrie was acquainted with Jerome. -Cool, isn't it? (And of course there was such thing as dramatist club). And Wodehouse was acquainted with Townend and Barrie was acquainted with Wells, and Jerome and Conan Doyle were friends - That was a time!)

(Do you know other authors of such kind?)

Today I've read Autobiography of Milne A.A. I marked for myself many interesting pages but I am not inclined to make any particular references to this. If I say that he is one of my favorite writers that is enough.

It's a pleasure to me to get to know that we (I and Milne) have similar thoughts (really many similar thoughts and ideas). But besides it we are using the same form of writing. (? -Why not). And we also use the same phrases. (For example: "Tell me all about it" and more profound things, of course).

If we will tell whom do I envy, I envy Milne A.A. and I envy Wodehouse P.G. and I envy J.K.Jerom. Why did I use such sequence?

Milne: Milne sad he did only those things, which he wanted to do, which he liked. And tiring with one kind of job he took another. And he often changed from articles to essays from essays to novels form novels to plays from plays to verses, from sporting notes to detectives and from detectives to children literature. He get pleasure, respect and money from it all.

{Metaphor: He never had problems.}

{in the main Farce in ... ideas}
Wodehouse: Wodehouse undoubtedly had a pleasure from writing such good books. (Even because we liked to read it). But he had more work in the one style. We can't say that it was routine to him. I prefer comparison with elaborate detailed painting when general plot already exists. But this is different with "butterfly" manner of Milne. Wodehouse doesn't say: "I always do what I want" but he can say: "I like what I do."

{Metaphor: You will never find out have he ever had problems or not.}

{in the main Farce in ... life}

J.K.Jerom: I don't remember what Jerom really sad. But I'm sure he can do much fun and comfort for himself from those things with which he encountered in his life.

{Metaphor: You are sure he will make from his problems something good and amusing.}

{in the main Farce in ... musing}
