Based on stories by Olga Pouchine, Colargol
was first introduced to the children of France
in the 1960s with the Philips recordings of Mireille
and the lyrics of Victor Villien. In the 1970s, he
achieved celebrity around the world with the cliff-hanging
animated TV serial produced by PROCIDIS in Paris
and animated at SE-MA-FOR Studios in Lodz, Poland.
