     Prayer is man's way of communicating with God.  There are many who pray to God, however, not all of their prayers are answered by Him.  Whenever unsaved men pray to God for their needs, sometimes,  the devil provides an  answer to their prayers in order to lead them away from the  truth.  To have an effective prayer, one must  learn and  follow the principles of the Bible. (John 9:31)

I.  BE SURE YOU ARE A CHILD OF GOD .
