In addition to the families who live here, artisans have shops for hand-dipped candles, glass, sculpture and jewelry. Unfortunately, the museum devoted to the history of canned sardines located here was closed when we visited. However, Ken enjoyed the old machine they had outside for sealing lids on tins. Doesn't he look just like the old fisherman who was pictured on the labels? |
