My anchor got lost in the dark
I can’t see any landmark
I wish I could steer towards land
But I’ve no idea where I am

What will I do with my life
Get me a house and a wife?
Or travel all over the place
And stare at myself in the face?

What will I do with my time
Smoking and drinking red wine?
Or should I do exercise
And eat tofu, greens and brown rice?
Rice, rice, rice,…

Laying on the deck of my boat
Travelling by wind foul and fair
If I float, I’m sure to get there
But where, where, where, oh where?

What is the best way to love
Is one lovely woman enough?
Or should I keep a rotating list
To make sure that no woman gets missed?

How should my time here be spent
To get money for paying the rent
Doing things for fun that don’t pay
Or sweat like a horse for my hay.
