Why is that the poorer
sections of town are always in the south or in the east? It happens too
many times to be a coincidence.
Chicago (south)
Hamilton (east)
London, UK (south, east)
Toronto (east)
L.A. (east)
Sarnia (south)
I really do want to know.
I'm even reading Jane
Jacob's
Life
and Death of Great American Cities.
[Now
I know!]
