I found out today that Tibor Kalman died last Sunday.

Tibor Kalman was a graphic designer and believed that designers should take more responsibility to create a world worth living in. He saw wrong in the world, and consequently "created things that looked wrong". Among his many achievements, he helped launched COLORS.

Kalman died after a bout with cancer. During his illness he continued to work and said that it only confirmed that "making money was the biggest waste of time".
