Ghengis owns and runs his own business and last week I helped paint the walls of his store counter. As we were painting, there were a number of folks who stopped and chatted and when we told them that we were't just painting the counter walls green, we were turning them in 'black boards' (any chalk board is referred to as a black board, even if it's green). Most folks seemed pretty amazed that it's a simple coat of paint that turns a board into a blackboard. Those same folks would probably be blown away by the fact that if you add iron filings to regular paint, you can get this as well. |
