Malcolm X-Files The Vampire Cat (aka Malcolmpoop)

Malcolm is my big black male cat - though he has two white spots which he's very sensitive about (I'm a BLACK cat I tell you!!). I adopted Malcolm when he was three years old. I had always wanted a black cat but my father was allergic to cats so I couldn't have one as a child, and I had since then lived in apartments where cats were not allowed. I had finally moved into a building which allowed kitties and was in the student union building at UVic when I saw a poster which described a male black cat seeking a home. I decided to adopt the cat - but it was a difficult process. Malcolm did NOT want to be given away - He meowed tormentedly at the top of his lungs for three days straight and physically threw himself at the windows. I almost gave him back but his former owners made it clear that they didn't want him back so I decided to keep him. One day he got out of the apartment and when he came back I knew he had accepted me. Now he's very attached to me and extremely affectionate. Malcolm is now 5 years old.

Vyvyan Basterd the claw-wielding homicidal maniac (aka Vyvycat)

Vyvyan is my grey tabby male. I adopted Vyvyan from the S.P.C.A. when he was 12 weeks old. I'd had Malcolm for a year and wanted to see what it would be like to have a kitten, since Malcolm was already full grown when I got him. I also thought Malcolm could use some company when my partner Doug and I were not at home. Unlike Malcolm, Vyvyan easily adjusted to his new home. He drove Malcolm nuts for the first few months - always pouncing on him when he wanted to be left alone. Eventually Malcolm accepted Vyvyan and now they're the best of friends.

Vyvyan was named after the punk rocker on "The Young Ones" (a british comedy) who invented a formula to turn people into axe wielding homicidal maniacs (it was a cure for not being an axe wielding homicidal maniac)

Vyvyan loves tunafish, climbing the curtains, and sucking on my neck (I guess He's a vampire cat too!).
