OK this was a bad night from the start .. yes I forgot the tickets fortunately we weren't too far from where I had left them. We were so late that we could not find parking. We walked a distance in the cold wind and finally found refuge in the Orpheum Theatre. For those of you that do not know it, it's a great place to see a show no bad seats. I have never been to a Cure show before and well the crowd at a Cure show are not your average citizens ...way cooler than that. A couple of beers put me in the mood and I was ready for the show. Lights down, enter The Cure. From the moment they hit the stage till the moment they left it was truly incredible. They were so crystal clear and sounded so incredible. I was blown away. It was a laugh a bit, cry a bit, scream and dance a lot night. So emotional. They played just about everything, Pictures of You and Just Like Heaven brought instant tears. Then when they did their new song, Wrong Number, I went wild, and stayed that way for the rest of the night. They did not do Friday though *bummed*. It was a great show, but for me it was like being in bed with someone that you love, but you know it's over. One minute it feels good and the next it is painful. I have to admit it was definately orgasmic but it took me a long time to get there, and I had to work through the pain, but I definately left with a good feeling. I would definatetly go there again.

RATING: NO STARS
Well this one carries a lot of mixed feelings. It was a cold wet night in Waltham. After arriving at about 7:10PM for a 7:30 show, we picked out seats (general admission - bad idea). The waiting then began. FINALLY at 8:45 the lights go down and Jane's Addiction takes the stage. I am not a huge Jane's Addiction fan but I immediatley fell in love with Perry Farrell. He was so full of energy with his turquoise outfit and his hair put up Coolio style...ahhhh love! Then the second song starts and the barrier in the front ends... till it's repaired. The show stops for almost 2 hours. It sucked waiting 1:15 for the show to start this was really blowing the night. At about 10:10 finally they came back out..and once again they were incredible.....for only 7 songs. This was like waiting around in your sexiest nightie for your lover. He shows up over an hour late. Then you begin a little foreplay, and you are hot!! Just then the phone rings and you are left for almost 2 hours. FINALLY, he is back at full attention. He woos you and teases and titilates you. You are are sweaty and hot feeling it so deep inside ahhhhh then budd-a-bing he cums and then goes, leaving you there undone, unfinished, and very unsatisfied. The worst part I payed 30 bucks to be nothing more than a cum depository.

PLACE: Avalon Nightclub, Boston, MA
This show happened on the same day as the Boston Brewer's Festival. To say that I was drunk would be an understatement. I was legless. It was a great feeling going in. Avalon is a small club on famous Lansdowne Street in Boston directly across the street from the Big Green Monster at Fenway Park. To be able to see a band of this stature in such a small venue offered an intimacy you don't get in larger arenas. Collective Soul is one of those bands (at least for me) that you know a lot of their music, but are surprised because you know more of there stuff than you thought. It seemed like I had heard most of the songs they did on the radio before. The crowd was really into it, it was really a group experience. December, Where the River Flows, The World Outside, Precious Declaration , the songs just kept cumming. Everybody was swaying and girating , it was like an orgy all these bodies tightly packed together moving in unison as it got hotter and hotter, and when they did Heaven Let Your Light Shine Down it seemed to be the uhh uhhh oooooooohhhh climaxing moment for everyone in the room. I left there feeling worn out and cumpletely satisfied. What more can you ask for?

Veruca Salt opened up the show and they were great, if you have to sit through a backup band, it helps when it's a good one! Then BUSH ! Well I am a huge bush fan but until the show I was not a huge Gavin fan ...but he was just so... charming that I just fell in lust! He smiled and grinned at played to the crowd truly enjoying how happy he was making all of us. They did just about everything on 16 Stone and Greedy Fly .. My favorite was Little Things, they did acoustic version of Glycerine It was a total submissive experience. I fell total surrender to them. Did you ever have a lover that was just so charming and sweet and did whatever you wanted that you just craved more and more? That was BUSH for me. I can't wait til they CUM around again !
