Hmmm....Vegas. You already know
that drinks are free if you gamble,
and the crowd is typical Vegas, so I'll just talk about which
bars are
the most fun at Caesar's. To sit down at a bar and drink, I would
definitely recommend the Olympic bar. It's a circular bar located
in
the Olympic casino. There's a lot of tables to sit and overlook
the
casino, and there's usually room at the bar if you'd rather sit
there.
There's usually the typical Vegas lounge singer w/band on the
weekend nights. If you want more action, there's also Cleopatra's
Barge. It's actually a boat that floats in the middle of the
hotel.
This is the closest Caesar's has to a nightclub. It usually has a
live
band, along with a pretty good size dancefloor. Probably your
best
bet for meeting people. (Of course, be prepared to pay for a
few).

In terms of casinos, the Hard Rock
corners the youth market. The
music is current and loud. People come here only partly to
gamble.
Mostly, they want to party and check people out. And, the best
bar
to do that is the circular elevated bar in the center of the
round one-
room casino. From the bar, you can overlook whatever side of the
casino that you're on. And the round bar makes for easy drink
ordering. And, if you're a male, ordering from the waitresses can
be quite enjoyable as well. Equally crowded, though with less of
a view of the casino, is the bar along the outer wall of the
casino.
Backing the bar is an actual wooden altar from a Southern church.
This bar is harder to get a drink at because the walking areas
are
not as open, so it gets congested easily. The bars here get
crowded,
but the people really have a good time. It's really easy to meet
people here; the Hard Rock is definitely the most social of all
the
Vegas casinos. And, the guy/girl ratio is basically even. And
that's
a feat for Vegas.
