  3. Right foot forward, left hand straight forward punch
  4. Right foot forward, left hand uppercut
  5. Step back right foot, left hand low block, right hand straight forward punch
  6. Step back right foot, left hand middle block, right hand straight forward punch
  7. Step forward right foot, right hand shuto uki, left hand nakite
  8. Step back right foot, left hand perry up, right hand uppercut
  9. Step back right foot, left hand jodan uki, right hand straight forward punch
  10. Step forward right foot, right hand elbow, backfist, left hand straight forward punch
  11. Step forward right foot, right hand low block, five straight forward punches
  12. Step forward right foot, right hand mid block, five straight forward punches
  13. Step forward right foot, left hand inverted, right hand inverted
  14. Step forward right foot, right hand shuto, left hand shuto
  15. Step back right foot into neko, right hand elbow, left hand chudon uki
  16. Right hand pointed down, two straight forward punches (left then right), right hand downward punch

    Lower Body Exercises (geri waza)

  1. Front kick
  2. Low side kick at a 45-degree angle to the front
  3. Cross-body stamping kick
  4. Turning to the side front kick
  5. Snap side kick

  9. Punch into stomach with toes
