***PUFF DADDY "NO WAY OUT" REVIEWED***

I got this CD early 2day and the only word to descibe it is PHAT!!! This album is a work of lyrical genious with numerous cameos by: B.I.G., BUSTA RHYMES, MASE, LIL' KIM, CARL THOMAS, JAY-Z, BLACK ROB, GINUWINE, TWISTA, THE LOX, FOXY BROWN, FAITH EVANS, AND 112. In my opinion, the best trax are #'s 2, 5, 10, 14, 15, and of course 16 and 17. A word to everyone-buy Puff this week and Bone next week-it'll be worth it. Approx. Retail Value $13.99.

In Puff Daddy's new CD "No Way Out," he comments on the feud between East Coast and West Coast rappers. More importantly, he comments on how too many deaths and deceits have occurred because of it. The late rapper Christopher Wallace aka The Notorious BIG was shot and killed only a few months bedore Puff s originally scheduled to be released. The CD's original title was "Hell Up In Harlem," but after everything that happened with the East/West feud, and his best friend, BIG's, death, he felt he could not go on. His friends and colleagues coaxed him back to the business, back to Daddy's House recording studio where he and his Bad Boy Records "Family" finished up the newly refurbished "Hell Up In Harlem" now entitled "No Way Out." "No Way Out" is a cry for help from Sean Combs, the man who is Puff Daddy, CEO of Bad Boy Records, and a father and husband. Puff expresses his strife and heartbreak through his clever, quick rhymes and outlashes at today's violent society. The main focus of the album is BIG's untimely death and the srrow Puff and the Bad Boy Family feels. This is an album that is definitely worth the wait in line.

Christopher Wallace aka The Notorious BIG was Bad Boy Entertainment's BIGgest name. The rapper's life came to an untimely end in February of 1997. Like 2Pac's death, his new album came out a little over a month after his passing and remained at the top of the charts for weeks after.

Behind him, BIG left wife and Bad Boy artist Faith Evans with his two children and the loss of a love.

BIG also had an "admirer" in his sort-of-lover, Lil Kim. He was her mentor, her friend, and her love. Kim and Faith had a few quarrels over BIG, but they are now over with no winner. BIG chose Faith over Kim, but who knows what could've developed as time progressed? As Kim put it in the song "Don't Stop" on Puff's new CD, "...even though my niXXa's gone, Lil' Kim and Puff Daddy keep keepin' it on." Much props to Kim, Puff and Faith.

The Lox and Lil Kim are among numerous members of the Bad Boy Family that appear on "No Way Out."

I got "The Art Of War" by Bone Thugs and Harmony 2day and the CD was da bomb! The 2 CDs I should say-at Best Buy I got it for $14.99!!! For a double CD that's a great price! The CD follows the style of their prior album "E.1999 Eternal" but doesn't have the clout '99 had. This album certainly has the power of Bone, but on some songs you wonder if their hearts were in it totally. Each member of the group has a song all their own in the album and the song with Tupac is probably the best on Disc II. As with "First Of Tha Month" on '99, the album version of "Look Into My Eyez" is much better than the light, easy going radio/video version. A full review is on it's way-but for now, here's the song setup!!!

NEW!!! I WENT TO THE MK4 ROAD TOUR MONDAY (8/11) NIGHT AND I HAD A BLAST!!! THE GAME IS SO MUCH FUN! THE STAHES ARE ALL COMPLETELY 3 DIMENSIONAL AND THE CHARACTERS ACTUALLY LOOK REAL! I mean, in the previous MK games the 2D characters had the realistic lok, but in this game, the feel is so plausible that you can visualize yourself in the game. The backgrounds are full of depth and the stages are interactive! For example, if you walk behind stone pillars, you have your view blocked until you move out of that area.

Another great addition to the game is that now, each character has weapons!!! Yes, each has their own special moves PLUS weapons which they can pull out, drop, and pick back up. As an added bonus, if your opponent drops their weapon, YOU can pick it up!!! The games were set on versus mode only so I'm not sure about the storyline or many of the other characters. The machines were also only set to let us play as 9 of the 15 characters. The available for play characters were:

Sub Zero-battle axe

Fujin-plasma crossbow

Shinnok

Shang Chi (he's also on the side of the machine)
