| The Selebi Phikwe Destitute Centre is
administered by the local Town Council &
caters for mothers who are unable to provide
adequately for their children. Many referrals to
the centre are from local clinics who have
identified children as malnourished. The wives & girlfriends of Selebi Phikwe tablers have got together and hold trolley collections at local supermarkets regularly. Response from the general public has been brilliant with P1000's worth of groceries having been collected. |

| This food has been passed on the Destitute Centre and even to other council programs. Last Christmas we also handed out Christmas presents to the kids. |  |
