Be yourself

     Return to nature, see flowers and butterflies of spring, feel the rain drops and rainbow of winter.. get time for contemplation, what's your life if you don't have time to see the trees around you or to hear the birds singing in the wide sky... what's your life if you don't smell a rose...
Deal with enemies as expected friends, and with friends as brothers or sisters, trust people, but be careful and never search for evil...
Deal with others like you want the others to deal with you.. when you put yourself in the position of the person you are dealing with, you can find an excuse to his way of dealing, and you can tell in which way you have to help him by convincing him in your point of view.
Think of the creation of the wide space, think of the reason of being created, is it for nothing, or you have a message to do ??  are you going to end here or you are in a long journey and " life is a progress and not a station " as Emerson said, and you will find and agree with Goethe  that " A useless life is an early death..."

Be Alive:

     Do you consider yourself alive if you don't listen to music.. What is the world without Music?? Listen to a classical piece... How do you consider yourself alive while you don't read a book from time to time ..?? What about art ? isn't it the base of all human feelings on earth ?? Learn about Greatest Artist, see the Italian Sculpture. Be alive and quit smoking take care of your health.
Widen your Culture, get a hobby,  How you can be different than other creatures if you don't force yourself to be different, be in competition with others in reaching Achievements in your life.
I can feel with you if sorrow is attacking you, I can tell that one tear weight more than a sea, I fall in sorrow myself, but never let it take me to the depth of its seas..
even if you lost your beloved person, You're not alone, I personally lost one of my best friends because of a stomach cancer attacked him for 6 months, I will never forget him... Thousands of people are like us...
And there is a bright side always, even if it's a sad one, Milton said that "Death is the golden key that opens the palace of eternity".. And as Aristophanes said: "Your lost friends are not dead, but gone before, Advanced a stage or two upon that road, Which you must travel in the steps they trod"...
and life goes on...

Be in Love:

Give a special love to your love...
Be deeply in love....

Enjoy Giving:

Giving got no limitations, it's not only by money, clothes or food, not only by a gift... It's by a smile, or by a touch of mercy, by a nice talk, or an admire look...

When you eat remember thousands of people who don't have anything to eat, when you sleep, remember thousands of homeless, and when you sit with your children, remember thousands of children who lost their parents...
You can do something about that, I'm sure...

There must be a way to help, look around you and you will find somebody is near seeking your help...
Live and enjoy life by giving, giving love feelings all around... This will be your greatest satisfaction...
