Nick dropped down on to his butt, and sighed. People were rushing around
him, trying to fix the light that had just exploded, with shreds of glass
barely missing AJ's legs. A pair of warm arms wrapped around his shoulders,
and someone nuzzled his neck.
"Brian" Nick said teasingly. "I had no idea you felt this way!" There was
muffled giggles behind him. Kristy smiled wickedly, and licked the side of
Nick's neck. Nick's head reflexivly tilted over, and he burst out laughing.
"That tickles!" he protested. "Brian, you shouldn't be doing this in public!"
"I sure as hell hope Brian doesn't do that anytime" Kristy laughed. "I just
came to tell you I'm running out to that restaurant down the street to grab
some takeout. Want anything?"
"Besides you?" Nick paused. "I'll have a cheeseburger, and a pepsi."
Kristy pecked his cheek, and walked over to Becki. She turned and waved at
him, before continuing towards the backstage area. Howie flopped down next to
Nick, and smiled.
"You and Kristy are awfully close, is anything going on that I should know
about?" Howie asked Nick teasingly.
Nick smiled contentedly. "Other than we're going out now, nothing."
Howie clapped Nick on the back. "Way to go buddy" he enthused, truly happy for
his friend. "I told you you had a chance! So when did this happen?"
"At about 4:30, quarter to five this morning, right over there" Nick pointed to
the pile of empty boxes that had provided he and Kristy the much needed privacy
earlier that day. "Plus spending the day together. So by now we're fairly
comfortable."
"You're lucky bud, she's a great girl" Howie smiled.
"Yup" Nick confirmed dreamily. "In more way than one, no less!"
Brian burst out laughing from behind them. "You sound so pathetic!" he heckled
the two guys, doubling over. "You're lucky, she's a great girl" he imitated
between laughs. But Nick just grinned evilly.
"That's right Brian" Nick chuckled. "We all know your last date was going to
the mall with your mom before we left!" He raced away, laughing at Brian's
expense.
"You are so gonna die Nicky, you are dead!" Brian shouted, chasing after
Nick.

Kristy curled herself up on the couch, and waited for Nick. She heard the door
open behind her, then silence. Her heart leapt in fear when Nick's form came
flying over the back of the couch. He landed on top of her, pinning her down.
"Hey babe" he whispered, chuckling.
"Holy Nick, you scared me!" Kristy whispered back, laughing slightly. "I
should punish you!"
"But you can't resist me" Nick pointed out with mock confidence. Kristy
slipped her hands over his shoulders.
"No, no I can't" she murmered, and kissed Nick strongly. A few minutes later
Nick sat back to catch his breath.
"Mmm, that was a little unexpected" Nick whispered. "But I like it"
"Good" Kristy smiled "Cause there's a lot more where that came from." Nick
lowered his head towards her face, and began kissing the side of Kristy's
neck. He nibbled her earlobe, causing Kristy to giggle ever so slightly.
"That tickled" she whispered into Nicks ear, and twirled the hair at his nape
in her fingers. He stretched out over her body, and flattened Kristy against
the couch. He delivered little kisses allover her face and neck, paying
special attention to the hollow of her neck. Kristy moaned into his shoulder,
and was about to return the favour when Nick suddenly sat up.
"Holy shit" Nick muttered under his breath, and swivled his head around. Donna
stared down at them dissaprovingly.
"Kristy, you have to go to makeup, Nick I wanna talk to you" her tone was
menacing.
Uncomfortably, Kristy and Nick untangled themselves from eachothers arms, and
went their seperate ways.
