Hello out there. My name is Barbara and I live in Northwest Indiana in the country. I am a single retired business Lady with a strong sense of  "Old Moral Values" that are difficult to find these days. I have alot of common sense  but with some spontainety and humor thrown into the mix. I do have, and like people with a good sense of humor.

     I am  classy, fun, intelligent, very out going  and articulate. I can converse with almost anyone. I am comfortable in most situations from blue jeans to formal banquet. I like to try new things. I'm not possessive, I am secure within myself. I am 5'6" tall and about 20 pounds over weight. That will pass as soon as I find a workout and/or dance partner. I am a very strong, speak my mind kind of lady. I like smart interesting people. I really look at a persons mind, heart and intellect.

My intrests include, but are not limited to, Travel, Dancing/Old Fashioned Ballroom/Swing, Music, (easy listening, jazz, big band sounds, 40's-50's, light classical etc), Boating, Sailing, Cruising, working out,(looking for someone to do that with), New Knowledge, Making new Friends, Sharing, Caring, being Spoiled, etc.

     I live in an apartment in the country with my cat "Sam". Now that I have retired I am free to, and looking forward to traveling. I am not involved in a relationship with anyone at this time. But I would love to have special someone find me, He would be over 60, financially secure (I am) , fun,  outgoing, like to dance and travel.  Also ejjoy quiet evenings at home or just a swing on the porch watching a sunset.

   I do NOT smoke and only drink socially. My dislikes include smoking, lying, drunkedness, phoneys, most things dishonest, disloyal, destructive, and lazyness. I don't expect Mr. perfect, but I don't want to be bothered by "Players", or frauds.
