Wright County Children's Home will provide a safe harbor for up to twelve children who have experienced abuse or neglect. The home will be administered by a board of directors made up of Wright County citizens and will be operated by licensed professionals trained in child care. The entire cost of construction and part of the annual operation budget must be raised through private donations. The home is intended to be a safe haven where children can be cared for until the crisis in their home is corrected or until the child can be permanently placed with relatives or in foster home.
