Ok...Here I am.

In a nutshell....I'm a mom with 4 kids and 2 stepkids. I married my soulmate on September 24, 1999, and have discovered a happiness that I didnt know existed. Being alone raising kids taught me some pretty good lessons, the main one being that 24 hours is not enough time in a day. God should have definately asked His wife for an opinion on this before He created the world. (Lighting will strike shortly)

I also learned that as soon as you become happy with yourself and your life, something will change causing you to grow. So, the safe thing is to always say that you are ALMOST completely happy. Never admit complete happiness or contentment. HOWEVER...finding my husband was definately worth any/all disruptions to my little world. So...what the HECK do I know!! Just be happy, and dont sweat the small stuff. (Yes...most everything is small stuff)

STAY TUNED FOR OUR WEDDING PICTURES TO BE POSTED SOON!!!

I love music. I will admit that I almost had a nervous breakdown trying to pick just the right songs to go with each one of my pages and pictures. Some would call it an illness....I will check my medication dosages. Maybe that will help.

Now to tell you a little bit about me.

Like I said, I love music. I play and teach piano, AND if properly motivated, I can even sing. I don't like to go shopping unless I know exactly what I want and where I can find it. I don't collect stuff....except patches. So if you happen to have one laying around, let me know! I have the most of Police and Fire ones, but I also have some others!! And now for the scarey part....

How Lisa's Brain Works

Most people are too afraid at this point to continue, but for those of you daring enough to try to figure out what makes me tick, click on this hysterical picture and explore the world of my Secret Hero...DAVE BARRY. I love this picture!! I love his way of looking at the world.

For those of you who had to pay taxes, you must, must, must, read his past article on how computers help with tax preparation. For you buddies of mine who travel by air frequently, read Dave's article from a few weeks back about airlines...specifically his experience on a"Diabolically Opposed to SouthEast Airlines" flight. I swear I laughed myself silly. Seriously...I have found no better way to cheer myself up than to spend time with Dave and his archives. You will find yourself smiling, and life will be good again. You can not be depressed and read Dave Barry at the same time.

UNHAPPY NEWS FLASH!!!! Dave Barry has moved...at least I think he has. Someone who makes more money than me is dorking around with Dave's webpage. If the link doesn't work...sometimes it does, and sometimes it doesn't...look him up under the "LIVING" section of the Daily Herald..Miami Florida. It really is worth it.

TRUST ME!
