· Provided Domain Administrator/Technical Support and Site and Qualifying of Factory Installed Software images before released to the production floor.
· Built, administered and maintained a Windows NT 3.51 Server, converted it to an NT 4.0 Domain with a primary domain controller and a backup domain controller.
· Qualified all Factory Installed Software images before released to the production floor, developed corrective action with the supply chain and root cause analyses with the Field Support Department.
· Created a domain outside of the firewall and installed and configured a fully functional Exchange server at an off site location.
· Assisted plant staff with hardware and OS problems that Site Services could not rectify, supported for MQA audit staff.
