Here are the results of working out really hard, and keeping myself motivated! I made it all the way down to 188 lbs, from 240 lbs. I lost a total of 52 lbs along side taking off 5 inches from my waist. |
Thank you to everyone that believed in me, while I was trying to get in shape. Thank God it is over, but now I have to continue to eat right and stay with it to maintain my shape! |
