At the Thursday Welcome Dance, we tried to fit as many staff instructors on stage as possible for "Rocky Top". At the Friday Night pre-show awards, I was shocked to hear Matt Pearson call my name for a special recognition as CLOG Today editor, especially because I was dressed so ridiculously for a segment in the upcoming showcase ("The Royal Clogdom").

At the Friday night exhibitions, the staff instructors were asked to do a hoedown. I started out with Shane as my partner...
...and through a "right and left grand" mishap, somehow ended up with Matt!
The cloggers chorus line to "New York, New York" was the final dance of the Convention!
