Paula has released her new work out video "Paula Abdul Cardio Dance". It has a lot of funky new dance steps and some cool streching too.

Paula was on VH1 today. They were advertising their golf tournament which will be airing tomorrow on VH1, and they showed Paula. Paula happens to be the host of the tournament, and can be seen tomorrow on Vh1.
Paula will release her new album in late January early February. She will also be stariing in a major broadway role in January.

Paula was on the Howie Mandell Show last Tuesday. She talked about her projects, and her dance corporation. She also brought a friend dancer with her.
Paula will release her new album in Febuary or March of 1999. She is filming a new work out video right now, which willl be released in October of this year.
Paula's new movie "The Waiting Game", has aired on tv many times in the past week. Paula isn;t the main character in it, and you barely even see her in the movie at all.

Paula has sold her house in Beverly Hills to Tom Arnold and his wife. The house was sold for 2.24 million dollars on July 15th. No word on where Paula is staying at the moment.

Paula hosted the Co. Dance Championships last week. ESPN2 will air the championships in late September, a date is about to be announced.
No new Paula album will be released on August 4th. Record Stores don't have an August date, but possible a September date instead.

Paula now has her own dance company called Co. Dance. Thats why she held the championships on ESPN2.We will post a link for her company very soon.

Paula will release her new album off of Mercury Records in mid September. The first single off the new album will be out in August.
Paula will also release a greatest hits album later this year on Virgin Records. This collection will feature several new tracks, which were produced by Nile Rogers, the former producer for Madonna.
Paula's second movie will premire on The Movie Channel on August 8th, 1998. She will co-starring with Chris Potter (silk stalkings) and Sondra West. The movie is titled "The Waiting Game".
Paula will be hosting the Company Dance's national championship to be broadcasted from Disney World on ESPN2 this month.
One of the new tracks on Paula's upcoming greatest hits cd is called "You've Got Me Wrong".
Paula appeared on Saturday Night Live this past Saturday, July 4th. She did a cheerleading skit at Camp Paula.
