Biography of Lord Byron

Born 22nd January 1788 in London. Byron was a poet, decendent of eccentric Captain 'Mad Jack' Byron and Catherine Gordon of Gight, Aberdeen.
In 1790 Byron spent his years until school at Aberdeen, Scotland. His father died in 1791.
Byron was lame from birth and repressed by both his mother and father. In 1794 whilst attending Aberdeen Grammar School, his Great uncle died, from which he became 'Baron Byron of Rochdale'. In 1798 he was made Lord byron. from 1801-05 Byron attended Harrow School, 1805 he entered Trinity College Cambridge.
From 1806-07 Byron wrote poetry. In 1807 Byron took his seat in the House of Lords. In 1808 Byron received his A.M degree from Cambridge.
In 1809 Byron travelled through Portugal, Spain, Malta, Albania, and Athens. In 1810 Byron travelled through Greece and Turkey. Then swam the Hellesport from Sestosto to Abydos.
Byrons' mother died in 1811, Byron returned to England July 14.
In 1813-14 Byron had an affair with his half sister Augusta Leigh, daughter Medora to Augusta born 1814. In 1815 Byron married Annabella Milbanke, daughter to Annabella born December 10 1815, Augusta Ada. In 1816 Annabella left Byron. He left England for good in April 1816.
In 1817 Byron had a daughter to Claire Clairmont January 12, called Allegra. In 1819 he moved to Ravenna to be near his mistress Countess Teresa Guiccioli. In 1820 Byron lived with daughter Allegra, whilst getting involved in Cabonari movement (Italian Revolution). In 1822 daughter Allegra died. Leigh Hunt moved in with Byron, and drowns off Byrons boat July 8. In 1823 Byron sailed to Greece.
In 1824 Byron got a cold from rain in April. He died April 19. In June Byrons body is brought back to England and is buried in Hucknall Torkand Church in Nottingham.
