Banana Muffins

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp table salt
3 medium banana(s)
1/4 cup No Fat Sour Cream
1 large egg(s)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 c Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
1. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
2. In another bowl beat eggs,banana,sugar, and vanilla. Stir in sour cream.
3. Stir banana mixture into flour until just combined.
4. Scoop batter into muffin tins.
