1. All VUYAs must have never been on the cover of an entertainment magazine (for example: PEOPLE, Teen Beat, YM, etc.). They can be IN them and not count, but NOT on the cover. If a VUYA becomes popular enough to get a cover, he is no longer considered a VUYA and he is moved to the VUYA Archives section of this site. (Which, right now, doesn't even exist! The site is too new to have archives!)
2. VUYAs are considered even if they've had a starring role in a TV show. People still may not know who they are! (For example - Austin O'Brien, Ryan Gosling, Nick Wechsler, etc.)
3. VUYAs must be under the age of 30, so the VUYA you submit must be in that age group. You have 30 years to work with - stop complaining! = ) (The only exceptions to this rule are some of the Power Ranger guys... a few of 'em are over 30 now!)
