The world's largest wood-domed arena hosts many entertainers and performance events in addition to being a sports facility; its superb accoustics have won it national acclaim as a concert arena. Entertainers ranging from Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Dolly Parton, and Frank Sinatra, to the Boston Pops have performed there. Other entertainment at the Dome includes dazzling ice skating shows such as "Disney on Ice."
