Why the term "Still Under Construction" Sucks!

Well..I think I have just about had it up to hear...no not there..here..see? *points* Good, now we see eye to eye.

Hmm, well I wanted to state quite categorically that the term "Still Under Construction" sucks. I mean it is a web page not a house. If your web page is under construction where are all the piles of wood and used cigarette butts? Some people just don't know when to stop as the old Gaffer used to say. And if you ask me seventy five cents is a more then reasonable price..why pay more?
