I was fortunate enought to see the Beastie Boys twice this weekend. SNL and at the Hammerstein Ballroom. Both unbeleivable performances by the Beastie Boys. The secret show at the Hammerstein was just unbeleivable. 3 rows back from the stage was pretty f*ckin awesome. Plus the cast of Saturday Night Live was there with Ziggy Marley. Sean Lennon was there as well just chillin. The crowd was off the hook. I could only hope that do thi every weekend. Well, here's the setlist from the Hammerstein Ballroom.

The Beastie Boys are the best group ever. Beastie Boys new album, Hello Nasty is another great album from the boys. Unfortunaley the tour is over, but what a tour it was. I fortuante enough to go the New Jersy show where it was Tribe Called Quest last performance for the Beastie Boys. They kicked ass. I was a little dissappointed at 2 things from the concert. 1)they didn't have the basketball jersey. 2)they didn't do "get it together". Now that was disappointing. It was Tribe's last performance and they didn't do it. But other than that, it was pumping all night long. One of the coolest parts was towards the end when the King Adrock pointed our section, 227, and asked us how we were doing. I just can't wait unitl they go on tour again. Also, I have been looking all over the net for rare mp3's and gathered quite a few. I should be uploading them soon. Check back often for the latest news.
