While surfing the internet I have had the pleasure of finding
so many wonderful sites that people have put many hours of hard
work into. I know how this is, I too have spent many hours putting
together my pages. I would like to let them all know how much I have
enjoyed all their hard work, and that the hair you pull out of your head
while learning to make your page does grow back. *G* So I have decided
to join the ranks of the award givers. I am now offering an award for those
sites that I feel people have really put their heart and soul into. Please read the
guidelines that are listed below, and apply for my award. We all like to be recognized
for our efforts from time to time, and this is my way of showing you that I have hit a

NO pornography.
No abusive language.
Your site must be suitable for all ages, No Adult Sites.
Creativity a must, pleasing to look at.
If there are links, they should work. No "file not found" errors.
Your page should tell the reader something about you, I'm nosey. *Your page should be ready for "Prime Time". No construction signs.
Make sure your images are not broken if at all possible.
A link from your site would be nice, but not mandatory.
Frames are ok but a way to view with out frames is better,If your site is in GeoCities your page must follow all the guidelines set by them.
