Who is Blakey?

Blakey is the always complaining bus conductor on the 60's/70's hit British comedy, "On the buses", a kind off spin-off from the "Carry on..." movies. He is often coming after Butler because he's always late with the buses. "I'll get you for this... Butler" is a phrase that's often heard revibrating through the bus garage Well buses still run late in London and so Blakey decided to come out of retirement in 1996, to dish out some penality fares. He's also been known to do impressions of a wrestler called Razor Ramon Hence He's now called Blakey Ramon!
