Past Featured Links of the Moment
or, Featured Links of Moments Past
As the name suggests, here's where you can find links that I chose to feature at some point in the past. They've been replaced by some other pages that needed featurin', but that doesn't mean they're no longer special. So here they are.
4/9/00
Home of The Update -- The official site of The Update by Jonathan Greer. What can I say? I'm featuring this site because I made a lot of it. Weatherman Ted's TAMU Weather Page -- I use this site everyday to determine whether I wear shorts or jeans. Chester the Crab -- Back in the 70s, Schoolhouse Rock proved that learning can be fun, or at least cheesy fun. Chester the Crab carries the torch Monday through Friday, and you can check him out on his website. Malcolm in the Middle -- FOX's site for the newest addition to my list of great shows... |
10/11/99
The Wondrous Chasm of All Forgotten Pants -- This page is great for all your lost-and-forgotten-pants needs! Illusions of Sanity -- Looking for your daily dose of insanity? Look no further, click on this link! Mr. Szabo's Physics Page -- Need some help with your physics? Try here! Mr. Sullivan's English III APH Class -- The man, the syllabus, and Melville! |
7/1/99
Bull's Eye Art -- Patrick Cornelius sent me this link a while back, and it freaked me out. I'm not kidding, this page has got to be one of the weirdest, craziest, looniest, and most entertaining sites out there. Be sure you have Shockwave before checking it out. chickenhead -- Noreen Naseem gave me this link. What can I say, this site is hilarious! Just go see for yourself! NachoWorld -- It's been a long time in the making, and I think you'll agree with me when I say the wait was well worth it! (And I'm not just saying this because I'm a faculty member at the NachoWorld.) Read the latest in News, relax in the Rec Center, enlighten yourself with some Haiku-a-Day (well, almost everyday), or contribute to the ongoing Writer's Roulette! Nuclear Blast Map -- This site is really useful for those times when you're wondering who else would be affected by a nuclear device that detonated over your home. Star Wars Asciimation -- The guy in charge of this site obviously has a lot of time on his hands (unemployed, perhaps?). The movie is not complete yet, and by my estimation it won't be finished before Episode 2 comes out. |
