Tracy Butler

A slight adjustment in the rankings drops Tracy from third to fifth place...everything I said about her before still rings true...I don't get to see Tracy much anymore...but my daughter Elizabeth still lets me know if she was wearing pants or a skirt on the morning news. It's almost always pants.

Here's what I said about Ms Butler last time:
Tracy, in her second appearance in CTVN, jumps from #10 to #3. She owes it all to wearing skirts on Feb 16, Feb 23, & Mar 27. As of the last edition of "CTVN", I chided Ms Butler for always wearing pants, like my daughter, Megan. I became a big Tracy fan in the past 6 months, when I had to run home noonish, to drive my daughter, Elizabeth, to kindergarten. We'd always watch together, to see what Tracy was wearing, on the 11:30 Channel 7 news. Oh, yeah, I forgot, most of you don't live in Chicagoland: Tracy does the weather...the only weather forecaster included in this "hall of fame", although Tom Skilling does come close.
