What's Cookin', Good Lookin'?

Indoor, Winter Time Comfort Food

Okay, so this stuff was not made on a grille. In fact, it wasn't even made in a decent stove or oven. This was during the period when the big propane tank had run dry, and we were undecided whether to fill it or not, since they wanted a minimum 200 gallon purchase, which is about a 3 year supply, since we only have the oven hooked up to it. (World's longest sentence?) So I had to use the lousy electric single burner unit, or the big toaster oven.

On Desi's 11th birthday, Chey is showing off the onion and rosemary focaccia that she and I made. Left to right: Desi(ree), Elizabeth, Megan, Chey. Jacob ("Buddy") is under the table, it's not bad carpeting.

Here's some cornbread I made on the single electric burner, in a cast iron frying pan. Came out amazingly well. Here's the mix, before heated.
