I just realized my big mistake Just trying to do things on my own And God was always there waiting For my call that I'd not shown I kept on putting Him on hold Not knowing I needed Him so much I drifted away from my walk with Him Guilt swept me up by His touch Then I remembered His love for me Shameful tears streamed down my face I said sorry and He just forgave For the first time, I felt His amazing grace
