Why does the world enwrap us in its grip
and doesn't let go until our breaths are broken?
keeping all secrets afloat on the water
the crystalline water that will eventually drown us
into its blue crystalline crystals that pierce through our skin
leaving us beautiful as a jewel
but our beautiful deaths cannot compare
to the beautiful lives we'd lead
if the world doesn't keep our secrets open
out into the world where everyone ogles
throwing stones at our bodies
preserving us dead

Fondling with our minds
shredding our hearts
as if killing us will make them happy

Darkness shadows every light
evil lurks behind the good

Time doesn't know what we don't tell
keep it frozen, keep it cold
then time will stand still
stay stagnant
as a silver stream stays stagnant in the winter
then we will be forever beautiful, my love
forever beautiful
