Parallel Ready Stance
1.  Move the left foot to B, forming a left walking stance while executing  a left midsection block.
2.  Execute a right mid section punch.
3.  Move the left foot on line AB, and then turn clockwise to form a right walking stance toward A while executing a right mid section block.
4.  Execute a left mid section punch.
5.  Move the left foot to D, forming a left L-stance at the same time executing a left knife hand guarding block.
6.  Move the right foot to D, forming a right walking stance, at the same time executing a left downward palm block and a right mid section spear finger thrust. KIHAP!!
7.  Move the left foot to the right foot and thrust the right hand straight forward while twisting it counter-clockwise. Spin the body, (counter clockwise) all the way around to D and execute a left high section back fist from a left walking stance. Execute in a smooth, fast motion.
8.  Move the right foot to D, forming a right walking stance while executing a right high section back fist strike.
9.  Move the left foot to E, forming a left walking stance, while executing a left mid section block.
10.  Execute a right mid section punch.
11.  Move the left foot on line EF, and then turn clockwise to form a right walking stance toward F while executing a right mid section block.
12.  Execute a left mid section punch.
13.  Move the left foot to CA forming a left walking stance, at the same time executing a high section wedge block.
14.  Execute a right mid section front snap kick, keeping the position of the hands as they were 13.
15.  Lower the right foot to CA, forming a right walking stance, at the same time executing a right mid section punch.
16.  Execute a left mid section punch.
17.  Move the right foot to CB, forming a right walking stance while executing a high section wedge block.
18.  Execute a left mid section front snap kick, keeping the position of the hands as they were in 17.
19.  Lower the left foot to CB, forming a left walking stance while executing a left mid section punch.
20.  Execute a right mid section punch.
21.  Move the left foot to C, forming a left walking stance, at the same time executing a left high section block.
22.  Move the right foot to C, forming a right walking stance, at the same time executing a right high section block.
23.  Move the left foot to B, forming a sitting stance toward D, and execute a left knife hand strike to B.
24.  Bring the left foot to the right foot, and then move the right foot to A, forming a sitting stance, and execute a right knife hand strike to A. KIHAP!!
END:  Return the right foot to ready stance.
