We find out in this part of the series that Zirconia was being 'controlled' by Queen Nehelenia who was bent out staying young and beautiful. The Quartet ended up 'failing' and 'winning' at the same time because they didn't actually catch Pegasus but they found Sailor Chibi Moon and captured her for the Golden Mirror. Pegasus, being weak from 'love' of Chibi Usa, reveals himself and goes back into his body, the body of 'Helios.' The scouts are also there to help, looking for Chibi Usa, but without the aid of Tuxedo Mask because of illness from the evil. In the end, Zirconia is killed, the Amazoness Quartet turn good, Pegasus leaves after giving Chibi Usa a good-bye kiss and Queen Nehelenia is sent into space. But was she gone? NO.
