SEPTEMBER 1ST, 1999

       After waiting 26 months, I was finally awarded the rank of Specialist on September 1st, 1999.     I was pinned by my first line supervisor SGT Carbo, and the G1 Colonel, LTC Larsen. I wasn't too happy having to achieve this rank by time in service,  but was still excited to FINALLY become a Specialist.
