She usually wears it down, letting the soft waves cascade about her face. Her skin is fair in contrast to her black hair. thick black lashes enhance her startling green eyes. Her lips are the color of crimson, and her cheeks are easy to flush, giving her a seductive quality. The leather bodice she wears beneath her black cloak accentuates ever curve, but leaves much to the imagination. A crimson rose pendant hangs around her delicate throat, the mark of the Gyovanni family. She wears tight fitting leather pants and knee high black boots.

Lady Morgian Shadewalker Human Noblewoman ~Appearance~ Height: 5'2 Weight: 110 lbs Description: She's got long, midnight colored hair with a hint of a fiery red. Her eyes are deep brown. She wears a long tunic and flowing cloak. She carries a concealed crossbow and a dagger on her person at all times. At her throat is a pendant matching another worn by her long time friend William Dayne. A reminder to both of their friendship.
~History~ Morgian Aurilius was born in Palanthas. Her father was a nobleman and doted upon his only daughter after his wife died giving birth. When she reached the age of marriage he arranged a marriage to Sir Taral Shadewalker, a Knight of Solamnia. Their marriage was not a happy one, and it did not last long. Taral was reported as being killed in battle against the Knights of Takhisis. It was not until after he died that she discovered her husband had been a spy for the Knights of Takhisis. Morgian dismissed this knowledge though and left her home she shared with him and reunited with her longtime friend Dayne, who she had not seen since her marriage. They quickly resumed their friendship. Finding themselves in Kips, they decided to stay and explore the opprotunities there.

Aesla Human/Werepanther Thief ~Appearance~ 5'7, Long raven colored hair pulled back at the nape of her neck with a leather thong. Her eyes are emerald green. She wears green tunic with a flowing black cloak. She carries two small daggers in her leather boots and also carries a long wooden fighting staff.
~About Aesla~ Aesla is a thief, though she considers herself more of a business woman. On the surface, she seems carefree and reckless. Rarely...very rarely...some see a darker side.
It happens so fast that it leaves one wondering if that dark, deadly look was real or imagined. She is quite charming and uses it to her full advantage. She can generally find anyone's weakness and use it to her advantage. (though she doesn't see it like that.)
She is fiercely loyal to friends, but has very few. Her friends are ones that have never seen her darker more somber side. They see Aesla as she wants them to see her. If there is one thing that is true about her, there is more to her than meets the eye.
She is reckless and she is always making new 'aquisitions'. She is by far one of the most sucessful thieve's in the guild and is well known. She sees her self as invicible and untouchable, which might one day be her downfall
~History~ She grew up in Palanthas, a child of the thieve's guild. Her mother, a thief, died in the dungeons of palanthas after long years of imprisonment. Aesla never knew her father. Before Solarin died, her lover, a man named Zahur and prominent in the guild, planned a rescue attempt. During a late night meeting in a tavern to discuss these plans, a young girl named Ryella overheard his plans while pickpocketing him. She would have gone unnoticed except for a small sneeze that gave her away. Zahur was unsure what to do with the child, but he could not risk that she would alert anyone of his plans to rescue his lover. He was also impressed with her. He would not have known that he had been robbed until she was long gone. So he took her back to the guild...
A week later, one night before the planned rescue, a messenger came with news that Solarin had been killed. Zahur remembered Aesla and though he was not her father, he felt a responsibility to her. He found the young girl, now and orphan and took her in. It was natural for Aesla and Ryella to become friends. Aesla was a year older then the 7 year old Ryella and felt and acted like the older sister. Aesla could charm anyone out of anything with a flash of her smile and a bat of her eyelashes. Ryella was the quiet one. She overheard things and saw things. Zahur soon realized that the two could turn a nice profit if trained properly. Ryella would listen and find out who was worth stealing from. While Aesla would distract their intended target and then Ryella would relieve them of their valuables. As they grew older they refined their work and became quite good.
And so it went until the girls became 13 and 14. It was shortly after Aesla's 14th birthday that a young man was accepted into the thieves guild. Both girls thought he was very handsome and both tried their best to get his attention. Of course, Ryella figured that he'd be more drawn to Aesla because she was so outgoing, but Devin didn't act interested in either of them. Aesla soon lost interest. She did know that Ryella had feelings for him, but she kept that secret between her and Ryella.
The three became good friends, getting into all sorts of trouble and sometimes working together. But usuall it was Aesla and Ryella. During one of their "jobs" that they met Viper. The two had come up with a scheme that usually left their wealthy target drunk and passed out in his room while the two young women would rob them blind. Ryella would point someone out to Aesla and then Aesla would charm their intended victim, flirting and praising. Ryella would send drinks their way and before long Aesla would lure him to his room where they would knock him out and rob him blind. On one such night Ryella pointed out Viper, intrigued by an air of mystery that he possesed. But then a wealthy merchant caught their eye. They worked well together and soon the merchant was sound asleep in his room, not knowing that he had just been robbed blind by Aesla and Ryella.
When they snuck out of his room they found Viper waiting for them in the hallway. He demanded to know what they were up to and when Aesla tried to charm her way out of the sitiuation viper threatened to find a guard. With little choice left, Aesla and Ryella took him back to Zahur who was not overly pleased with them for getting caught by Viper, but he soon realized that maybe Viper could be of use as he was a skilled assassin. Aesla found herself drawn to Viper, though something about him frightened her a little. But she found she enjoyed his company and the two became friends. Ryella was reluctant to become friends with him but eventually they did. Whenever they went on a job, Viper was usually nearby in case something went wrong and the girls were in need of protection.
When Aesla was 17, Devin began disappearing late in the night. Ryella was worried and Aesla knew perhaps jealous because she thought he had taken a lover. She asked him about his disappearences but that only angered him. He accused her of prying. One night, during one of his escapades, he did not come back. They later found that he had left town, not even saying goodbye. Aesla was sad to see him go, but she also was feeling a need for change. She was becoming curious about her past. She wanted to know about her father and knew that if Zahur knew, he would not tell her. She began disappearing as well, but for days and weeks at a time. She would come back empty handed and frustrated, but she never gave up. She's had some leads but most turned into dead ends. It was after one of these disappearences that Ryella confronted her about her disappearences. After a long, tear-filled conversation Aesla finally told them both about her search.
When Aesla was 18 the three friends decided to go their seperate ways. Ryella was headed for the north and Aesla began her search anew. She travelled with Viper for a while before they too seperated. Aesla searched long for her father and found a few clues, but did not find him. She also learned that she worked well by herself and became quite independent.
Her search finally brought Aesla to Kips place where she was reunited with Ryella, Devin and Viper.
Just recently Aesla was bitten by Devin who they discovered was a werepanther. Now Aesla is discovering her new abilities and rekindling old friendships

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Markus Uth Mordor Human, Aspiring KoS ~Description~ He is tall, about 6'3. His wavy chestnut hair is pulled back at the nape of his neck. He has an overly square and chisled jaw that would be quite dashing, save the fact that it is too square and chisled, almost bordering on the ludicrous side. He wears the flowing mustaches of the solamnics. he has a massive chest and wears his armour quite well. He carries a gigantic longsword. It's really quite huge. In fact, one wonders how he carries it at all except no one has ever really seen him use it. It just hangs in the intricately tooled leather sheath at his trim waist.
~About Markus Uth Mordor He's chivalric...incredibly so. He has a weak spot for beautiful women and feels it's his knightly duty to protect the innocent. Not an uncommon trait for a knight, but Markus has a slight problem, he's a coward. He won't admit it though. He cunningly avoids battle at every turn. Most people fail to notice that his blade, which he keeps shined and polished to a high sheen, doesn't show much wear and tear. In fact, it usually stays in his tooled sheath unless he is polishing it.
~History~ Markus Uth Mordor's father, Terinth Uth Saynayer was a Knight of Solamnia. (though if you asked anyone about him they might very well deny his knighthood.) His dying wish was that his young son would be trained as a Knight so that he cold follow in his glorious footsteps. Of course Markus was more than willing to follow after his father. Now Markus' goal is to become a KoS. That's all that matters to him...well, besides saving damsels in distress. Oh, and slaying dragons. (though no one has ever really seen Markus slay a dragon)
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Maelwyn Human Follower of Kaern ~History~ Orphaned at a young age, Maelwyn was taken in by the followers of Kaern, a group of men and women who serve their god called Kaern.
Kaern teaches the purity of the human race and that mixing of the many races of Krynn is evil. The followers of Kaern are taught at a young age that theirs is the superior race.
They tolerate non humans such as elves and other human like races, but have little tolerance for others.
Their ultimate goal is to "cleanse" Krynn of its evils. Each member has a certain role to perform in the scheme of things. Maelwyn was trained as a deathbringer, fierce hunters who track down hideous monsters and what they consider abominations and destroy them. It is her only purpose, to serve Kaern and fufill her role as deathbringer.
Translation: she's a little on the fanatical side and quite deadly.
~Decsription~ She is 5'4 weighing 125 lbs. Her hair is red, pulled back and tied at the nape of her neck. She is pale with sharp green eyes. She wears black leather jerkins and a billowing white shirt with a flowing black cape. She carries a crossbow as well as a sword strapped to her waist. She has a leather pouch slug across her shoulder with various "tools of the trade" (ie wooden stakes, silver stakes, holy waters, blessed symbols and other magical or otherwise blessed items used to fight whatever she comes across.)

~History~ She was not born on Krynn, but another world altogether, though she remembers it not. Sent away at a young age from a dying world, her parents could not bear to see their child destroyed along with them so they magically teleported her to Krynn where she was found and raised by human parents. The only thing remaining of her lost world was a pair of pendants her parents found when they discovered her. They did not know what mysterious power at the time.
As she grew older her adopted parents realized she was different. It was when she first discovered her shapeshifting abilities that she was driven from her home by her family.
She roamed ansalon, looking for clues to her past and discovering her shifting abilities. She wore one of the pendants around her throat and kept the other packed away. Unfortunately her search led her nowhere and she found herself at Kips with noehrre else to go.
~About Maelika~ Maelika has many forms, though she can only shift into one of those forms a day without totally draining her. She can shift back and forth from that one form to her actual form as many times as she likes, just not from one form to another. And she favors certain forms.
One of her innate abilities is to charm with her singing. She found she could sing her way out of trouble, get a free meal out of otherwise unfriendly barkeeps and free lodging as well. When she sings all listeners fall almost into a trance and are easily moved to do what she asks. While she rarely uses this ability, it does come in handy on occasion.
