About Ralph:

Born in Hanover, NH in 1957, Ralph spent his first 12 years in New England. The family moved to Western NY in 1969 where Ralph graduated HS in 1975. He attended Valparaiso University from 1975 to 1979 where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Ralph went to Graduate school from 1979 to 1981 at SUNY-Buffalo for his MBA. His next 8 years were spent living and working in San Diego. He worked at several positions in the retail auto industry. Starting as a Volkswagen & Peugeot Sales Consultant he was soon promoted to Sales Director; a "closer" position. Later, he was promoted to Sales Manager. In 1982 he became the General Sales Manager. By 1984 he was the General Manager of a high volume VW/Peugeot dealership. Ralph worked as a Finance Director for two years. He became a "Principal" in 1988 when, with help from his family, he was able to buy a minority ownership position. He spent the next 9 years as General Manager and ran the day to day operations. In 1997 the business was sold and Ralph took time off to focus on what was next... He decided to find a way to help Dealers implement business process innovations that leverage the efficiencies of Information Technology and web services for both Marketing and Customer Relationship Management. He especially wanted to focus on Technology Assisted Selling that produces real-world sales results and dealership profit growth. Ralph's family has been in the Wholesale Produce business for many generations. His perspective on the urgency of dynamic inventory management has proven to be very effective in the car business. In 1998 he began serving the Auto Industry as a Management Consultant. By the end of 2002, Ralph was performing the role of senior consultant and OEM Consulting Services Manager for the CRM Services consulting and training division of a major automotive technology company. Beginning in early 2003, Ralph was promoted to OEM Solutions Development Leader to leverage his expertise and skills around process implementation planning and national program design and architecture. In 2004, Ralph agreed to serve in an expanded leadership role involving Professional Services Development for OEM's and Enterprise level organizations. Ralph loves what he does. He truly believes in creating positive changes within the automotive industry. Ralph has completed Strategic Consulting and Implementation Projects for Ford, Lincoln-Mercury, American Honda, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, several publicly traded dealer groups, along with privately held Dealer Groups as well as individual Dealerships. In August 2005 Ralph accepted the position of CRM/eBusiness Director at Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix, AZ.

Ralph is married to the love of his life, Elizabeth and has two daughters who were both born in San Diego, as well as two grand-daughters. Sarah is the oldest daughter and she currently lives in Allegheny, NY with her husband, Mike. They have a daughter, Alexis born in December, 1999. Ralph's younger daughter is Rachel who is living in Santa Fe, NM with her husband, Jonas and their daughter, Audra who celebrated her first birthday in April, 2004. His father, Ralph Sr., lives in Buffalo, NY as do both sisters, Lisa and Gina. Ralph's younger brother, Benjamin, is in Buffalo. Most of Ralph's Uncles, Aunts and Cousins live in New England. Ralph's grandfather emigrated to the USA from Italy in 1921. He settled in Massachusetts where he developed a succesful wholesale produce company. Aunt Lucy lives in Saudi Arabia. Mom, Patricia Ann, died on June 14, 1996 after battling cancer.
