ERIC's Cinnamon Snails

What you need:

1. White bread (you'll get 2 snails per slice)
2. cream cheese
3. butter
4. cinnamon
5. sugar

What to do:

1. Cut the crust off the bread slices. Cut each slice in half.

2. Spread cream cheese (not too thick) on each piece.

3. Roll up each bread strip and dip in melted butter.

4. Dip in a 50/50 sugar/cinnamon mixture, place on cookie sheet.

5. Bake at 350 for 5-10 minutes, until they look like they are a little crisp.

6. Let cool.
