What is RotaSoft
©?RotaSoft© is a Rotaract Software developed by our club with the financial aid of TEOS Travel Agency and Onel Electronics. It can be thought as a computer-aided version of Rotaract Handbook, which addresses beginners to Rotaract as well as experienced members and club officers. It contains valuable information about Rotaract as well as Turkey and district 2430 directly reachable with its interactive menus.
It works under Windows 3.x, 95 & NT and installs onto 8,2MB of free space on the drive.
RotaSoft is a freeware. We request every user to copy the software to 1.44MB floppies and distribute as much as possible. By doing so, Rotaract will be introduced to thousands of people, and every Rotaractor will have a technologic reference about Rotaract. It is impossible for us to reach all end users, but RotaSoft will be surface mailed to all District Rotaract Representatives.
Club presidents, please copy RotaSoft for your members. DRRs, please copy RotaSoft for your presidents.
Files come in two pieces. When you click "Download Disk#1 contents", you will receive the zip file "disk1.zip" which contains "setup.exe". After extracting, "setup.exe" file should be copied to a blank 1.44MB floppy labelled as RotaSoft Installation Disk 1. In the same manner, "Download Disk#2 contents" downloads the zip file "disk2.zip" which contains "setup.001" that should be copied to a blank 1.44MB floppy labeled as RotaSoft Installation Disk#2.
When you are finished with download, you can install RotaSoft by running "setup.exe" file from Installation Disk 1 you have created.
After installation, click the "RotaSoft" icon under the group you have chosen (default is RotaSoft), select "rotasoft.cpl" from the appearing "open" screen and click "OK" to run RotaSoft.
We have created an Installation Sheet. Please click here to see it, and get a printout by the help of your browser. While distributing the software, do not forget to incude a copy of the sheet.
(Microsoft Explorer rarely shows incompatibility to "get file" events. In such case, click your right mouse button onto the link and choose "Save target as" option)
