You may be wondering..."Who exactly IS Lori Johnson?" [msbob, middle-alignment] I guess that you could say that I'm just an average eighteen year old gal. (I can FINALLY vote!!!!!) who lives in rinky-dink Covington, Georgia. Covington is a small town about 37 miles southeast of Atlanta. (Home of the 1996 Olympics!) I am a freshman Music Education major at Georgia College and State University. But GOSH....I can't believe that I'm FINALLY updating my page! Between school work, all that jazz and general laziness I'm usually too busy to do much of anything! *LAUGH* Oh...and

The first and foremost love in my life (besides God) at the moment is music. (Everything from alternative to rhythm and blues, hard rock to classical and jazz) I play Trombone in GC&SU's concert and pep bands and I'm having a BLAST! Can't wait until Jazz season!! I was also the first ever Drum-Major of my high-school's marching band.
(The Pride of Eastide) I think that our inaugural season went quite well considering that all fifty of us were rookies!!

Now I'm EHS band ALUMNI and I'm having total withdrawels from not being in the marching band!! :o) If you play in a band, e-mail me! I'd love to talk to ya! t :o) My favorite radio station here in Georgia is 99X. (99.7FM) They play mostly alternative/rock. :o) [99X, top-alignment]

In high - school I was involved in many other activities. I ran tech with our drama department (Eastside Theater Unmasqued), I was the secretary of Key Club (community service club), I was a Peer Mediator, and I was the secretary of my school's FFA chapter (agricultural club). I was also accepted to my school's chapter of the National Beta Club! (YEA!!) [FFA EMBLEM]

Now I'll tell you a little about my family. We are a weird [chili]

bunch of folks!! First of all, I have a little brother (named Britt) that is sixteen years old. (*YIKES* He's driving!!!) He is an awesome guitar player and he will be marching the snare drum in "The Pride's" drum-line! He's also a rockin' baseball player!! (He plays left field, 2nd and 3rd base!) So...If you are a sixteen year old gail...mail me and I'll be sure he gets the message! [snare]
