NetRun is originally from Sweden and I am from Nebraska. We met on the IRC and chatted for a couple of months. When our relationship was getting serious I traveled to Sweden to meet him. I stayed with him in Sweden for two months and we planned to get married and make our home in the US.

I came home and we started to plan our life together. NetRun traveled to the US and we got married in October. He returned to finish his job in Sweden and when it was done, he joined me in the US.

We are currently going through all the necessary steps for him to stay here and we're looking for jobs for him.

NetRun is a Network Security Engineer and I am an Interpreter for the deaf. We reside in Nebraska and enjoy IRC for leisure.

In all, NetRun and I have known eachother for about two years now and our relationship is still blooming and getting better everyday.

Our story is one of the good ones, not like you hear on the news... When we were in Sweden, the local newspaper wrote an article on us about how we met and fell in love on the net and that our future plans were to marry and move to the US... Most of that has happened and we are being interviewed again.
