Mornin'! *s*
Thanks for stopping by *s* Chances are you don't know me as either Felecia/Magical Coffee Bean (in the Lounge ) or Annilis (on the World [Which, incidentally, closed its cyberdoors at midnight on New Year's Eve '99-2000 - A great loss for all]) - Like Randall said, "No time for love, Dr. Jones" (God Bless Kevin Smith!)... I'm more widely known as Lisa Strube (among other names, none of which shall be listed here *w*).
I'm 22 years old and a lot has changed since I last updated my page. I now live in Seattle, WA. in the FABULOUS Capitol Hill district.*g* On June 24th, 2000 I loaded what fit into my little Jetta and started driving from Lynchburg, VA. I spent 4 days or so in California, PA. spending time with my friends Josh and Tom, whom I met during my brief stint at California University of Pennsylvania. I'm originally from Lynchburg,
Virginia, home of Spanky's (unfortunately), the Millenium (formerly Gatsby's, and an amazingly lousy club), Friendly Cue's, Percival's (origin of
the MCB moniker (Thanks, Zach) and my former place of employment (let's not get started on THAT), not to mention the birthplace of my old chat addiction and my
initial introduction to The Park), Synneve (my other former place of employment - This one you can ask me about *s*), and some of the best friends you could
ever wish to meet. *s*
In other news, I recently celebrated my two year anniversary! July 3rd, 2002 marked the beginning of the third year of my "Seattle adventure." So far, so interesting! *w* Life is as dramatic (traumatic?) as ever, and I'm loving every second of it (even the seconds that suck). *s* I'm adding some new links below to keep people on the same page and up-to-date on what's taking up my time these days. Lots of good music, lots of good friends - check 'em out, if you're so inclined. New pictures coming... eventually. (I don't think I'm fooling anyone anymor with the promises of "soon," anyway.) I love kids, cooking (I actually watch cooking shows - go
fig), sports, great books, classic movies, classic television, and good jazz. I also love good Britpop (i.e. no
Blur), hitting balls into holes with big sticks (pool *w*), and I am, along
with my pal Clay (NOTICE: If anyone knows where he is, put me in touch with him! Clay: I miss you, damnit!), on the epic search to find the World's Greatest Cup of Coffee.
Links to other sites on the Web
My sister AStro~'s page - Visit the WOMAN with the most patience in the world! *L* Thank her for the guestbook, among other things *s*
Take a look around, and be sure to drop in again soon, as this page is perpetually under construction (much
like PennDOT? Let's hope not), and is nowhere near finished yet (Of course, to be truthful, I think we all know it'll never REALLY be finished. Granted, this is the first real update I've done since I first put this page up when I was a freshman at Cal, but my resolution this year was to try to fix that...*g*). As always, take care of you! TTFN!

My brother boo's page - He offered to help, but for once, he didn't need to *s*
Flying K Thorodales - See what my family does
BruisedAngel's Heaven - My pal Kari's page. (Okay, so it's all pictures - but who minds that?!)
Millhous - Good friends and solid punk rock. These guys keep me sane sometimes, in a weird way. This whole group, aside from being a great bunch of kids, somehow manage to provide me, along with a good portion of Seattle, with the outlet we need for those times when we just need to do something - Check out the site and you'll probably understand *s*
The Stranger - Weekly "alternative" paper here in Seattle. Usually a pretty good read. I highly recommend it, particularly if you're not in Seattle - I think some of it's even funnier that way *g*
